Job Title: Guest Service Job Student, Front Desk Assistant

Job Description: Are you looking for a cool and challenging student job with responsibility? Are you hospitable, able to work independently, and keep your cool? Center Parcs De Vossemeren in Lommel is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated job student to strengthen the Guest Service team.

Your tasks:

• Guide guests upon arrival and departure: answer questions, manage traffic, provide information about arrival and departure procedures.
• Collect entrance fees from day visitors or check them against the reservation list for the Aqua Mundo.
• Monitor incoming and outgoing traffic of individuals and vehicles.
• Collect (digital) keys and survey cards from departing guests.

Weekly hours: Part-time

Applicant Criteria:

Minimum Required Education Level: High School

Minimum Years of Work Experience: 0 to 3 years

Competencies:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You speak sufficient Dutch, English, French, preferably also German to interact smoothly with our guests.
• You have completed at least a Lower Secondary Education.
