**Description de l'annonce**:
Pour un client actif dans la région de Liège, nous cherchons un "staff member". Le Staff Member assure un service de qualité à la clientèle, assiste les clients dans leurs interactions avec les jeux et veille à ce que les normes de sécurité et de conformité soient respectées en tout temps.

**Ses responsabilités sont les suivantes**:

- **Servir la clientèle**:accueillir les clients et répondre aux questions concernant les jeux, fournir des instructions claires sur la manière de jouer, traiter les plaintes et les problèmes des clients de manière professionnelle et amicale ;
- **Assister aux jeux**: surveiller les tables de jeux et les machines à sous, s'assurer du bon état de fonctionnement des équipements ;
- **Gestion de l'argent **:gérer et préciser les transactions financières liées aux jeux, s'assurer que les transactions soient correctement enregistrée ;
- **Propreté et entretien ;**:

- **Communiquer avec les autres membres du personnel pour partager les informations pertinentes ;**:

- **Servir au bar et en salle.**

**Votre profil**:

- Vous avez le sens des responsabilités ;
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec l'idée de travailler avec de l'argent ;
- Vous avez une bonne gestion de stress et un bon esprit de collaboration ;
- Vous êtes ponctuel et fiable.

Une expérience dans l'Horeca est un plus

**Notre offre**:
Un contrat en intérim en vue d'un CDI.

Le poste est en vue d'engagement après la période intérim.
