**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**
- Être le garant des niveaux de stocks projets D&IS Services et de toutes les activités GSI qui en découlent.
- Soutenir le lancement et le suivi des activités opérationnelles liées à la garantie et aux projets services qui le nécessitent.
- Permettre les flux de pièces nécessaires aux activités d'échanges standards et à la location d'outils de maintenance

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- Assurer les flux physiques de pièces et outils entre les différents sites Alstom, stocks déportés et Clients.
- Garantir la justesse des stocks déportés dans GSI : Régularisations, SM, remises en stock, Inventaires
- Suivre les niveaux de stocks GSI, participer au calcul et à la validation des besoins indépendants des projets Services.
- Interface client Charleroi: Recevoir et traiter les demandes de Fastlanes au départ de Mulhouse et la location d'outils de maintenance.
- Veiller au respect des process par les intervenants : Sites Alstom, Sites clients, Prestataires
- Prendre la mesure des performances de l'activité à l'aide d'indicateurs, tant en interne qu'en externe (KPI).
- S'interfacer avec les fournisseurs internes et externes pour la mise en place de flux de rétrofits
- Réconcilier les factures de prestations avec les opérations pour validation
- Participer à la rédaction, mise en place et amélioration des process liés aux activités Services.
- Contribuer à la mise en place et au suivi de nouveaux projets Services.
- Assurer le back-up des autres activités opérationnelles D&IS Services

**MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCES**

**Educational Requirements**

**Mandatory**:
Bachelier en logistique ou expérience dans une fonction équivalente en milieu industriel ou service après-vente.

**Desirable**:

- Lean 6 Six Sigma

**Mandatory**:

- Outil de gestion intégrée SAP : niveau opérationnel
- MS Office : niveau opérationnel
- Capacités de synthèse et rédactionnelles
- Langues:
Anglais : Niveau intermédiaire (B1)

Néerlandais, Allemand et Italien sont des plus

**Desirable**:

- Bonne connaissance des produits (signalisation et matériel roulant ferroviaire
- Bonne connaissance des flux logistique Alstom

- Capaciter de mener de front différents sujets pour différents projets Services.
