What does your job as a Data Analyst Insurance look like?

You'll develop and maintain commercial BI dashboards to regularly follow-up on sales performance, penetration within banking portfolio, cross-selling with key banking products,. Dashboards and insights will be used by the management teams of ING and NN to steer the business.

You'll work closely together with the ING's Tribe Insurance Data Analyst to support the business teams. Together you'll do ad-hoc analysis and generate key insights to support sales, retention programs and customer journey development.

Based on business needs and your own insights, you'll develop requirements to capture and structure data which is currently not exploitable.
