Sibelga beheert de distributienetten voor gas en elektriciteit in Brussel. Onze 1.200 medewerkers zetten zich elke dag in om de energiebevoorrading te garanderen van de Brusselse huishoudens en bedrijven. Zowel op de werven als vanuit onze hoofdzetel in het hart van de hoofdstad verbeteren onze teams de levenskwaliteit van de Brusselaars en zijn ze de drijvende kracht van de energietransitie.
**BIJ WELKE DIENST KOM JE TERECHT?**:
De afdeling _Digital Business Solutions_ (DBS) ondersteunt alle businessactiviteiten van Sibelga. Het zorgt ervoor dat Sibelga beschikt over performante processen en een autonoom IT-systeem dat deze processen ondersteunt en dat afgestemd is op de evoluerende behoeften en opkomende technologieën.
Binnen DBS is onze unit 'Market & Metering' snel aan het groeien ten gevolge van de oprichting van een federaal platform voor het beheer van de uitwisselingen met de markt, de invoering van nieuwe types slimme meters, de integratie van de lokale productie (bv. de fotovoltaïsche panelen) en de introductie van de elektrische wagen in het marktmodel.
Om die nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan, zijn we op zoek naar een Functional Analyst in het domein van data-acquisitie die ons team kan versterken in het kader van de projecten die inzetten op de huidige tools 'Head End System' (HES) en 'Meter Data Management' (MDM).
**JOUW JOB**:
Als _Functional Analyst Data Acquisition_ neem je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden op jou:
- Je staat in voor de analyse van de business requirements. Je leidt gesprekken en organiseert workshops om mogelijke oplossingen te identificeren en zo nodig een consensus te bereiken.
- Je bepaalt de mogelijke oplossingen in lijn met de IT-architectuur. Daarbij hou je rekening met de applicatie
- en technologische keten E2E. Je valideert die oplossingen met de business.
- Je zorgt voor de functionele analyse. Je gebruikt de methodes en de tools die voorhanden zijn, namelijk UML en Enterprise Architect voor de functionele analyse.
- Je analyseert, controleert en valideert de deliverables van onze partners.
- Je volgt de deliverables op vanaf de requirements tot de in productiestelling.
- Je beantwoordt functionele vragen tijdens de ontwikkelingsfase.
- Je werkt mee aan de documentatie en de testen. Je coördineert en ondersteunt de uitvoering van de User Acceptance testen met de business.
- Je staat in voor het evalueren, analyseren en documenteren van de geïdentificeerde bugs. Je garandeert de opvolging van de oplossing ervan in het kader van de testen die onder je bevoegdheid vallen, én van de Business Acceptance testen.
- Je waakt over de coherentie tussen de business requirements en de eindoplossing.
- Je challenget de oplossingen die de leveranciers voorstellen.
- Je verwerft de functionele kennis over de applicaties om als functioneel referentiepunt binnen Sibelga op te treden.
- Je houdt de functionele referentiedocumentatie van de applicaties waarvoor je verantwoordelijk bent up-to-date.
- Je werkt de businessdocumentatie bij (processen, user guides).
- Je draagt bij aan het managen van veranderingen bij de business zodat het bereid is om de nieuwe oplossing te verwelkomen.
- Je helpt mee de incidenten/problemen op te lossen als tweede supportlijn.
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je bent in het bezit van een universitair diploma in een wetenschappelijke richting (type burgerlijk of industrieel ingenieur) of in een economische richting.
- Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring als functioneel analist, idealiter met een technische achtergrond.
- Kennis van de energiemarkt en de processen die eraan gekoppeld zijn, is een pluspunt.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans perfect en hebt een goede kennis van de andere taal. Op professioneel vlak beheers je het technisch Engels.
- Kerncompetenties: analytische geest, luisterbereidheid, communicatie, resultaatgericht, nauwgezetheid en precisie, goed leervermogen, autonomie, teamplayer, proactief.
