Barco Healthcare's R&D team is looking for a student that can help us with creating smarter and more dynamic document templates than the (Microsoft Word) templates that we are currently using.
The current templates are very long and contain a lot of sections that need to be evaluated by different people each time when creating a new document.
In most cases, a lot of sections are not applicable and must me manually removed from the document.The remaining sections often need to be completed with the same content as from an existing document, but still need to be manually copy-pasted.
We are looking if/how we can streamline these templates and have them completed more dynamically.Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the current templates
- Investigate the possibilities to make the templates more dynamically
- Build new templates or forms
- Verify and validate the result
Skills and experience:
- Bachelor or Master student in an IT or SW related field
- Experience in Office 365 and document workflow automation
- Problem solver, taking initiative, taking responsibility
- Good communication skills in English
