**Tessenderlo**:
Het project omvat de optimalisatie van de preventieve controles van flexibele productslangen binnen de onderhoudsafdeling op de site Tessenderlo.

Doelstelling(en) ontwerpfase:

- Actueel zijn PM Plannen niet aangemaakt voor alle actieve slangen zoals vermeld in de referentielijst en opgenomen in SAP.
- De End of Life voorschriften zijn niet gevolgd, om diverse redenen (bv. niet gebudgetteerd, overshooting, moeilijk opvolgbaar

Doelstelling(en) implementatiefase:

- Implementeer PM Plans voor iedere slangspecificatie in het Asset Management Systeem.
- Bekijk of het haalbaar is om de volledige scoop volgens de specificaties uit te voeren, inclusief druktesten en end of life.

Doelstelling(en) technisch economische analyse:

- Creëer de preventieve plannen in SAP PM als een geautomatiseerd proces.
- Stel een forecast voor budgettering op zodat de onderhoudskosten onder controle blijven.

**Beringen**:
Het project omvat de optimalisatie van het wisselstukkenbeheer voor veiligheidskleppen binnen de onderhoudsafdeling op de site Beringen, zodat de beschikbaarheid ervan steeds wordt gegarandeerd.

Doelstelling(en) ontwerpfase:

- Actueel zijn PM Plannen aangemaakt voor alle actieve veiligheidskleppen in SAP, echter zijn niet alle wisselstukken tijdig beschikbaar om ogenblikkelijke herstellingen uit te voeren.
- Analyseer en selecteer de kritische reserve onderdelen i.s.m. de leverancier(s).

Doelstelling(en) implementatiefase:

- Omschrijf de specificaties van de stock/non stock reserve onderdelen in de CPChem MRO tool.
- Wijzig/optimaliseer de nodige inspectie en revisietaken/instructies voor elk component i.s.m. de verantwoordelijke discipline ingenieur.

Doelstelling(en) technisch economische analyse:

- Doorlooptijd van emergency interventies herleiden naar max. 24hr.
- Stel een forecast voor budgettering op, zodat de onderhoudskosten onder controle blijven.

**Inleiding / Omschrijving van het bedrijf**:

- Chevron Phillips Chemicals International NV begon zijn activiteiten in België midden jaren zestig onder de naam Phillips Petroleum Chemicals NV Het maakt integraal deel uit van Chevron Phillips Chemical Company LLC, een 50 50 joint venture tussen Chevron Corporation en Phillips 66 met hoofdkwartier in The Woodlands, Texas Het is één van de top wereldproducenten van olefins en polyolefins, en een leider in het verdelen van aromatics, alpha olefins, styrenics, specialty chemicals, polyethylene piping en polymer resins.
- In België coördineert Chevron Phillips Chemicals International NV de marketing en de verkoop vanuit zijn EMEA hoofdkwartier in Diegem Bijkomend is er een chemische fabriek in Tessenderlo voor de productie van organosulfur gerelateerde producten, en een chemische fabriek in Beringen voor de productie van polyalphaolefins De organisatie heeft een sterke reputatie op vlak van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
