Training en Hospitality Coördinator

- Je ondersteunt de Hospitality Manager in zijn dagelijkse taken, zoals planning opmaken (20 personen ) en activiteiten coördineren
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het Hospitality Team en voor het Office Team.
- Je woont alle (virtuele) meetings met de collega's in Londen/Parijs/USA bij en communiceert de inhoud ervan rechtstreeks aan de Hospitality Manager. Daarnaast kan jij de meetings vertalen in een aangepast opleidingsplan & concrete doelen voor het hele Hospitality Team binnen Maasmechelen Village.
- Je kan de theorie omzetten in concrete doe-handelingen en op deze manier het team naar een hoger niveau tillen.
- Je bent actief aanwezig in de Village en tussen het team waardoor je kan bijsturen waar nodig en exceptionele service naar bezoekers en collega's kan garanderen.
- Je respecteert steeds de normen en waarden van Value Retail en draagt deze ook uit naar het team. Je waakt dat het team ook deze waarden nastreeft
