**Jouw takenpakket**
De Juridisch Adviseur werkt binnen het team van juristen van het consultatiecentrum binnen de federatie en is verantwoordelijk voor het verlenen van schriftelijk advies aan de notarissen en hun medewerkers. Hij/zij staat hen bij in het zoeken naar juridisch correcte oplossingen die beantwoorden aan de behoeften wanneer het gaat over zijn/haar specialisme. Dit stelt hem/haar ook in staat om opbouwende contacten te hebben met diverse overheden en betrokken actoren.
Daarenboven kan de Juridisch Adviseur de expertise die hij/zij zo ontwikkelt vlot vertalen in redactiebijdragen voor juridische tijdschriften en andere publicaties.
De materies die de Juridisch Adviseur voornamelijk gaat behandelen betreffen de specialisatie Verbintenissen
- en goederenrecht in relatie tot de notariële activiteit. Dit bevat onder andere materies betreffende koop-verkoop, erfpacht, opstal, vruchtgebruik, appartementsmede-eigendom, lastgeving,
**Profiel**
- Master diploma in de rechten (verplicht);
- Werkervaring binnen of/en een bijkomende master in het notariaat zijn een troef;
- Zeer goed niveau van het geschreven en gesproken Nederlands en/of Frans en een goed niveau van de andere taal.
