**De functie inhoud**:
**Wat houdt je takenpakket in als Financial Consultant**:
- Als Financial Consultant werk je heel **projectmatig**:
- Hierdoor kan je **autonoom** werken
- Beheert je eigen agenda
- Werkt nauw samen met je collega's
- Daarnaast ben je **volledig verantwoordelijk **voor je eigen dossiers,
- Overlegt de dossiers met de klanten en de vennoten.
Jouw focus ligt op de **wettelijk **een **conventionele opdrachten**. Dit bevat onder andere:
- **Waarderingen **van ondernemingen in het kader van overnames, familiale regelingen en echtscheidingen
- **Herstructurering **van vennootschappen, bv holding, splitsing, fusie
- Verwerken van **fiscale optimalisaties**:
- Het begeleiden van financiële en **investeringsplannen **tot het bemiddelen in betwistingen tussen echtgenoten, aandeelhouders, contractpartijen
- Daarnaast schrikt het je niet af om af en toe bij te springen binnen de **audit**.
- Etc...
Kortom een uitdagende en gevarieerde rol waarbij je de mogelijkheid krijgt om uit te groeien tot expert
**Het profiel**:
Als Financial Consultant kan je deze puntjes afvinken:
- **Bachelor of Master **in een economische richting
- Je hebt minstens een eerste relevante **ervaring **in accounting/audit/advies/controlling
- Bovendien ben je **communicatief **en **assertief **aangelegd
- Het spreekt jou aan om in een omgeving te werken waar je een **brede functie** kan uitoefenen en waar **niet iedereen 'in hokjes' werkt**:
- Als laatste ben je een **teamplayer **en **flexibel**
