Functie:

Are you an organizational talent, with an analytical and critical mind? Do you love managing several tasks simultaneously, and colaborate with internal and external parties? Then you are the person we are looking for to reinforce our team as a Purchase administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a smooth P2P (procure to pay) process: reviewing PQ's in NAV/PR's in FIO, creating PO's in NAV/FIO, following up on order confirmations for PQ's/PR's, tracking on time delivery (DOT), overdue deliveries & order confirmations, following up on reception of goods/services for PQ's/PR's
  • First point of contact to suppliers for PQ's/PR's & escalation contact for PO's
  • First point of contact to smaller suppliers in case of supplier price communications incl calculation of cost impact
  • Point of contact for accounting in case of PO adjustments & invoice issues
  • Point of contact for the business regarding procurement processes, policies & procedures = first contact to support business questions on payments, finding suppliers, sourcing guidelines, etc...
  • Managing admin mailboxes
  • Handling basic purchase/vendor requests from the business;
  • Support in FRESH categories

Profiel en vaardigheden:

  • You hold a bachelor degree, or similar thanks to job experience
  • Strong administrative capacity
  • Strong communicative skills
  • Strong client service skills to collaborate with different departments, support managers and work with vendors.
  • Efficient and strong organizational skills
  • Autonomous
