Shipments by sea:
Instructions/ documents to forwarder - Bill of Lading;
Issuing Invoice & Packing List
preparing set of documents for Nigeria;
shipping advice
follow-up Containers;
follow-up of shipments availability;monthly insurance declaration;
preparation of payments;
Request missing incoming invoices and follow up.
Archiving finished files,
keeping records up to date of Archived Files,
organizing destruction when required
Profiel
- Bachelor degree in logistics or international trade preferred, with a minimum of 5 years experience in supply chain within similar industry
- Preferably knowledge of international trade techniques and regulations (ex: Incoterms) experience with export regulations is an asset
- Computer Literate
- Fluent in English, other European language is an asset
- Knowledge of SAP
