Introduction

As an independent trainer at the Center for Professional Qualification, you are mainly responsible for preparing/creating material for the Medical Delegate course. You can draw from your own practical experience to make your mark on the course materials. Ensure that the course material and content are delivered entirely in a practical way to your students during the course series. Additionally, base your work on the school guidelines for the methodology to be followed, considering the target group involved. You can also draw inspiration from other existing educational materials, provided you mention the original source. As a trainer, you will also correct the assignments of our students and provide them with remote content support during their studies. Our online student platform is an ideal and convenient tool for this.

Responsibilities

• Developing and adapting educational programs, training tools, course materials, etc.
• Defining training methods, resources, and tools
• Monitoring students (educational, logistical, administrative, etc.)
• Training framework: series of 12 courses, each lasting 3 hours
• Creating and adapting training tools, tests, programs, modules, plans, etc.
• Providing training and imparting knowledge to students: general basic knowledge
• Developing an orientation, information, and/or training program
• Enhancing and strengthening assessments (exercises, practical work, exams, etc.)
• Explaining materials and equipment to students and conveying technical skills

Requirements

To teach at the Center for Professional Qualification, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as an independent professional. Possess the necessary teaching skills and impeccable French writing abilities. Our teachers are true entrepreneurs with the professional knowledge to impart to students. Being friendly, communicative, and helpful is a must. Respond promptly to student queries, showing availability even when away. High-speed internet, a PC, the latest version of Microsoft Office, a phone, and other tools are required.
