Summary
Are you our next Inside Sales Representative? And are you based in Sweden, Netherlands or Belgium ? Now you have the chance to join our Technical Services organization responsible for Nordics, Chat, and Benelux.
As a Technical Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for identifying the new opportunities for service selling, including Service Contracts, Packages and Parts.
You have strong social and communication skills, both written and verbal. You enjoy driving change and finding improved solutions for our customers.
Apart from selling services, you will also manage the service marketing aspects for the cluster in relation to the service offerings, price management and support towards equipment sales representatives for tenders and other POS (=Point Of Sales) opportunities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Selling Services such as Service Contracts, Parts and associated Service Packages.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying services sales opportunities
- Working with Tender team for service related tenders
- Working with Marketing to provide any market driven competitive data received by customers.
- Explaining and demonstrating features of service packages and value proposition.
- Closing service sales targets and keeping a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
- Ensuring all opportunities are entered in SFDC as well maintaining on daily base to have full visibility of negotiation stages.
- Managing and maintaining the price lists for the cluster service offerings. Is involved in the yearly price adjustment processes.
Qualifications
- Strong analytics, planning and communication skills
- Able to (fluently) speak at least two languages besides English preferred Swedish/Dutch
- Well organized and systematic personality
- Customer, patient focused
- Results oriented with a pragmatic & quality driven approach; handson attitude.
- Selfdriven with the ability to work independently as needed.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.
