**Description**:
Afin d'assurer la bonne gestion de ses projets de vente et atteindre ses objectifs, notre partenaire est à la recherche d'un Project manager pour compléter son équipe de de concepteurs, de développeurs et d'autres professionnels.

Concrètement, il vous est demandé de:

- Coordonner la gestion et l'exécution des projets ramenés par le commercial de l'équipe dans le respect des délais tout en fournissant un travail de qualité et en assurant la bonne gestion des opérations internes et externes (sous-traitants, fournisseurs,..) afin de garantir à votre client un suivi d'excellence.
- Assurer la bonne planification du budget, grâce à une bonne négociation et communication avec les différents intervenants internes tels que les commerciaux, la production, etc. et externes tels que le client, l'architecte, le sous-traitant,....
- Valider le choix des matériaux et établir les plans techniques pour la bonne exécution des travaux (implantation des différents postes : CVC, éclairage, électricité, cloisons, peinture, sol, mobilier, etc.)
- Assurer le planning des différents intervenants, mais aussi gérer les commandes de matériel.

**Profil**

Voici le profil que nous recherchons:

- Vous êtes parfait bilingue français - néerlandais (l'anglais est également un atout).
- Vous possédez un bachelier à orientation technique (construction, architecture, architecture d'intérieur,...)
- Vous maîtrisez la suite Office, en particulier Excel.
- Vous avez une bonne résistance au stress, êtes capable de rebondir rapidement en cas d'imprévu, vous êtes orienté solution.
- Vous êtes autonome, flexible et organisé.
- Vous possédez votre permis B
- Une première expérience dans le domaine de la construction et une bonne maîtrise de logiciels de dessin constituent une véritable plus-value pour le poste.
