**Environnement**:
La Banque nationale de Belgique (BNB) cherche un(e) IT risk analyst pour son service "Surveillance des infrastructures de marché, des services de paiement et des risques cyber". Ce service a pour mission de veiller au fonctionnement adéquat, sûr et efficace des systèmes de paiement, de compensation et de règlement (de titres) établis en Belgique ou d'importance pour le secteur financier belge. Ceci est essentiel pour prévenir et maîtriser les risques systémiques. Un certain nombre de ces infrastructures ont un profil international particulièrement marqué et sont d'importance systémique dans plusieurs pays, ce qui justifie la mise en place d'une collaboration internationale en matière de supervision (sous la direction de la BNB). Il s'agit en pratique d'identifier les risques inhérents à ces infrastructures supervisées et de leur imposer une gestion adéquate de ces risques. Parallèlement, le service est impliqué dans l'élaboration des normes applicables à ces infrastructures, dans le cadre des travaux internationaux conduits en la matière par les autres banques centrales.
**Fonction**:
- vous analysez la qualité des environnements IT dans des institutions soumises à la supervision de la BNB
- vous évaluez leur gestion des risques opérationnels (y inclus la gestion de projet, la sécurité informatique, la résilience, l'environnement IT, l'outsourcing, les évolutions Fintech,)
- vous analysez de manière critique des rapports (audit, analyses de risque,) relatifs aux risques opérationnels et IT, et vous évaluez les résultats
- vous rédigez des rapports destinés au haut management et aux groupes de travail internationaux en charge de ces matières
- vous participez aux groupes de travail internationaux.
**Profil**:
- vous êtes détenteur(trice) d'un diplôme de master en informatique ou sciences de l'ingénieur ou d'ingénieur commercial en informatique
- vous disposez d'une formation et/ou d'expérience en audit IT ou en matière de gestion des risques (opérationnels)
- vous êtes bilingue fonctionnel (FR/NL) et vous avez une très bonne connaissance de l'anglais (orale et écrite, niveau B1)
- vous avez l'esprit critique, d'analyse et de synthèse
- vous disposez de bonnes capacités de communication écrite et orale
- vous avez l'esprit d'initiative
- vous êtes résistant(e) au stress
- vous faites preuve du sens des relations interpersonnelles (travail en équipe et contacts externes).
