Our components play a crucial role in ensuring the safety of patients and drivers worldwide. With a strong presence in Alken and a team of 800 employees, we are currently seeking a driven professional to join us as an Operational Excellence Lead.
Your Responsibilities:
- Implement the Datwyler Production System (DPS) at the site following global LEAN standards and company values in collaboration with the Head of DPS and the Site Director
- Develop a local action plan with the Global DPS team to achieve Operational Excellence at the site
- Manage implementation activities and monitor progress internally
- Act as a trainer and coach for Operational Excellence
- Promote an Operational Excellence culture by engaging with all stakeholders in the organization
You are:
- Ready to be a true Datwyler DPS ambassador
- Eager to coach colleagues in Operational Excellence implementation
- Skilled in LEAN methodologies and enjoy facilitating workshops
- Proactive in driving continuous improvement on the shop floor
- Enthusiastic about collaborating with people and driving positive change in processes
- Hold a master's degree in a technical field
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Proficient in both Dutch and English
