Choose life, choose work, choose AGO Functieomschrijving The Property Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of property development projects, with a specific focus on electrical (high voltage) projects.

This role involves ensuring projects are completed within defined scopes, timelines, costs, and quality standards while achieving business objectives.

The manager is tasked with continuous evaluation of project viability, making strategic recommendations to the project sponsor and/or steering committee.


Key responsibilities include close collaboration with stakeholders, contractors, architects, and consultants throughout all project phases, ensuring compliance with the Project Steering Model (PSM).

The manager also oversees the project team, monitors project progress, and ensures all project phases meet their objectives.


Further duties include collaborating with the purchasing team to select local contractors, managing all project documentation, and overseeing the processing of orders and invoices related to the projects.

Profiel -Minimum 5 years work experience in Project Management

  • Have a holistic view, act and think strategically, take ownership, drive to deliver added value
  • Good knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices.
  • Good verbal and written skills in English and Dutch.
