Powerdale has a Research & Development entity (ESD) in collaboration with the VUB in Brussels.

We momentarily have 10 national and international projects in the field of charging stations for EVs & LEVs, power electronic converters, energy management systems, and battery management systems and we are urgently looking for a
_Project Coordinator_
to join us

Our team counts 3 people and the Project Coordinator will work in close co-operation with the Head of R&D.

Here is a small glimpse of your
responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the coordination & progress monitoring
  • Leading on financial and narrative reporting
  • Being the main contact for project partners and represent the project when required;
  • Manage the project budgets, ensuring compliance with EC regulations
  • Preparation and submission of financial/administrative deliverables and financial reports
  • Lead projectrelated communication and dissemination tasks
  • Support in proposal writing
  • Daily administrative support for the projects and the entity in general
  • Regular travel within the EU

Wat verwachten wij van jou?:

  • Min. Bachelor degree
  • Experience in academic environment/EU environment with project office management
  • Problem solver
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Effective communication skills, as well orally as written
  • Experience/selftaught understanding of EU funding processes and projects; experience in documentation and reporting is a plus
  • Planning, organisation, coordination, multitasking, problem solving and prioritisation under pressure with growing mínimal supervision
  • Research and data analysis
  • Experience in international settings and organisations

Languages
Excellent English. Good knowledge of Dutch or French would come in handy
