- Als Payroll Configuration Expert bij Group S ben je de architect van de regelsets die de basis vormen voor onze loonmotor. Je werkt nauw samen met klanten en interne teams om de complexe regelgeving rondom loonberekeningen te begrijpen en te vertalen naar praktische regelsets.**Je profiel**:
- Ervaring met programmeertalen is een pluspunt.
- Je bent een meester in computationeel denken
- Kennis van payrollprocessen is een pluspunt
- Analytisch denkvermogen en sterke probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om effectief samen te werken met diverse belanghebbenden.
**Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van regelsets in een op maat gemaakte taal om de loonmotor aan te sturen.
- Analyseren van wettelijke vereisten en bedrijfsspecifieke regelgeving om deze te vertalen naar effectieve configuration s.
- Samenwerken met klanten en interne stakeholders om de behoeften en eisen te begrijpen en te vertalen naar technische specificaties.
- Testen en valideren van de ontwikkelde regelsets om nauwkeurige loonberekeningen te waarborgen.
- Documenteren van regelsets en configuration s voor interne referentie en klantinstructies.
