Within our Analytical Services team, we have a functional service provider solution, which is a unique partnership that allows our customers to use the experience of our staff, while allowing you, the employee, to gain direct experience working onsite at a pharmaceutical/ biopharmaceutical company, all while maintaining full-time benefits.

This role will work fully on-site with our client in Rixensart, Belgium.

Key Responsibilities
As a Bioinformatician you will work within the Molecular Biology Group to support the analysis of multi-omics data for Preclinical projects

This role will involve:

  • Generation of analytical pipeline for data integration
  • Data analysis and integration
  • Provide Bioinformatic support during antigen discovery efforts
  • Develop and implement algorithms for integrating diverse data types, such as productivity measures, affinity measurements, binding profiles and the analysis od cellular iterations
  • Creating scripts or workflows that merge the information coherently, enabling a comprehensive view of antibody characteristics
  • Develop methods for integrating data from different omics modalities, such as singlecell RNA sequencing, BCR/TCR sequencing, and spatial transcriptomics.
  • Investigate correlations between clonal diversity and gene expression patterns
  • Consider statistical and computational methods to harmonize the data
  • Creating/developing custom scripts or workflows
  • Participate to weekly lab meetings

Qualifications/ Experience

  • Ph.
D. in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, or a related field.

  • Master's degree may be considered based on previous experience.
  • Strong background in computational biology and bioinformatics methodologies with focus on multiomics data analysis.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and R.
  • Knowledge of analysis and integration of multiomics data, including singlecell transcriptomics, BCR/TCR sequencing.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods for highdimensional data analysis.
  • Additional knowledge of structural biology and software platforms like MOE, or any equivalent software (Rosetta / Schrödinger) is a plus.
  • Resultoriented, rigorous and structured.
  • Fluency in English is essential, Fluency in French is also highly desirable
