Je zorgt ervoor dat onze professionele klanten het gepaste voorstel krijgen om op hun maat en vanuit een globale analyse aanpak, hun projecten in energie-efficiëntie en energie-efficiëntie in gebouwen te kunnen realiseren gaande van zonnepanelen, laadinfrastructuur, batterij-opslag, etc tot energiedelen en realiseren van een energiegemeenschap, of een combinatie van deze oplossingen.

Door jouw toedoen help je onze klanten in het realiseren van hun energie-transitie. Kortom, een job die bij uitstek inspirerend en betekenisvol is voor onze klanten en de Belgische samenleving

**De job in een notendop**

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het aanbrengen van oplossingen inclusief de financiering en de algemene projectopvolging, vaak in samenwerking met andere Belfius afdelingen in functie van de type financiering en investering, met partners van Belfius alsook met andere derde partijen.

Je belangrijkste taak is om na zorgvuldig overleg en analyse van wat de klant nodig heeft en wenst, de gepaste energieoplossingen aan te bieden en zorgen dat deze geïmplementeerd worden en daarbij waken over de algemene begeleiding en voortgang van het project van de klant.

Jij bent de energie-expert die de banker bijstaat om de klant te ondersteunen in zijn energieprojecten.

Je team bestaat uit andere collega Advisors alsook uit de Marketing Expert en Customer Journeys managers die mee helpen aan de uitbouw en positionering van de nieuwe experte afdeling 'Mobility & Energy Solutions' binnen Belfius.. Jouw rol hierin is naast het adviseren en aanbieden van energie-oplossingen aan ondernemingen en publieke en social profit klanten, ook intern bijdragen tot de ontwikkeling van nieuwe business-oplossingen.

Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit : Je start met een afspraak ter plekke bij een klant, aansluitend heb je een conference team meeting met je collega's of andere experten, op de middag neem je een lunch pauze, gevolgd door een meeting in de hoofdzetel met het juridische team om een voorstel uit te schrijven in een ander dossier.

Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.

Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent met:

- Een Master diploma
- Sterke commerciële en presentatie skills die vlot gecombineerd worden met aanwezige of op te bouwen juridische, financiële en technische kennis
- Een open mind
- Leergierig
- Passie en interesse voor alles wat te maken heeft met duurzaamheid en milieu-impact, hernieuwbare energie oplossingen en nieuwe technologieën
- Een uitgesproken team player attitude die 'energie' krijgt en geeft bij het samenwerken en kennis en ervaring deelt en opdoet.

Je scoort extra met:

- Master in de ingenieurswetenschappen energie
- Tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans)
- Een bewezen passie voor alles rond hernieuwbare energie oplossingen, kennis inzake energie-transitie in combinatie met sterke commerciële en financiële skills
- Een sterk netwerk, liefst al aanwezig of de wil om uit te bouwen met allerhande stakeholders (publieke overheden, energieleveranciers, energieregulators, distributienetbeheerders, industrie, universiteiten & hoge scholen, )
- Sterke presentatie en listening skills
