Notre client recherche un UI Designer Service pour une mission passionnante dans le secteur de l'énergie en Belgique. En tant que membre de l'équipe de notre client, vous contribuerez à la transformation numérique de l'infrastructure énergétique. Le rôle implique la réalisation de wireframes, prototypes et UI Design finaux en utilisant le système de design Figma de notre client.

Tâches principales:

- Collaborer étroitement avec les chercheurs UX
- Présenter des idées, concepts et solutions de design aux parties prenantes
- Communiquer les idées de design et prototypes aux Product Owners, UX Designers et développeurs
- Préparer et animer des ateliers d'idéation et de co-design
- Créer des storyboards, user flows, process flows et sitemaps
- Participer aux activités plus larges du chapitre UX, telles que les sessions de partage de feedback

Exigences:

- Minimum 7 ans d'expérience en UI Design, Interaction Design et Information Architecture dans un environnement de développement Agile
- Compréhension solide des modèles UI, principes de design et design visuel
- Attention aux détails et haute qualité des travaux livrés
- Maîtrise des logiciels de design (Figma) et de Miro
- Utilisation et contribution au système de design de notre client
- Diplôme de Bachelor ou Master en Design, Informatique ou domaine connexe
- Portfolio démontrant vos projets de design, avec un accent sur vos compétences en résolution de problèmes et le processus de design
- Compétence en HTML et CSS, compréhension de la traduction des designs en code

- Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et respecter les délais
- Autonomie et résilience
- Compétences analytiques et de synthèse
- Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et présentation
- Passion pour les technologies de l'information
- Compétences en communication et travail en équipe, capacité à travailler en étroite collaboration avec les développeurs
- Langue: Anglais courant; allemand et néerlandais sont un plus
