Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a passion for HR.

Do you have several years of experience in recruitment? Do you still get that satisfying feeling when you find the right candidate? Then you are the Talent Acquisition Specialist that PIA Group is looking for.

What to Expect from the Job?

In your role, you will search for suitable candidates through various channels and ensure a perfect match between the candidate and an office within our group. You will also maintain close contact with our preferred partner selection agencies to ensure a continuous flow. You will oversee the entire selection process from start to finish.

What does this involve?

  • You will search for suitable candidates through different recruitment channels and bring creative ideas to generate further inflow;
  • You will screen potential candidates based on resumes and conduct both phone and digital interviews;
  • You will closely liaise with office managers and local HR Business Partners;
  • You will handle the intake of job vacancies and draft the job descriptions;
  • You will maintain relationships with the fixed selection partners;
  • You will have full ownership of the vacancies you are responsible for;
  • You will act as an ambassador for the group and find fulfillment in relationship management with your (potential) candidates as well as with the offices;
  • You will be tasked with managing several HR projects. Think about Employer Branding, Campus Recruitment, and much more. In a rapidly growing company, there is always a project for you to take on;
  • You will join an enthusiastic HR team and report to the Recruitment Manager in your role.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Preferably, you have +3 years of relevant experience in the selection of employees;
  • You have at least a bachelor's degree;
  • You have a good command of French - mainly spoken;
  • You have strong experience in sourcing through Linkedin Recruiter;
  • You have a pronounced passion for HR and possess good communication skills;
  • You are a team player and want to achieve fantastic results together with your colleagues in recruitment;
  • You enjoy delving into a search until you find the right candidate;
  • You are proficient with social media and strategically consider which channels to use to reach the ideal candidate;
  • You thrive in a rapidly growing company and enjoy taking initiative;
  • You are willing to travel to offices within our group;
