Context:


To strengthen the team of our internal IT Department, we are actively looking for a
Medior / Senior Integration Specialist.


Primary missions:


Playing a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge API/integrations between our internal and external systems in an Agile development environment while ensuring seamless integrations and issue resolution.


Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Implement continuous integration and automation for the development pipeline.
  • Work in close collaboration with crossfunctional teams to gather their requirements and ensure that integrations align with business needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integrationrelated issues.
  • Create and update technical documentation related to integrations.
  • Conduct API testing to verify their functionality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Collaborate with fellow developers to ensure integrations are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.
  • Work closely with the global team to promote reusability of the central platform.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest integration tools, frameworks and cloud technologies.
  • Contribute to the vision of the future state of the environment and actively participate in continuous improvement of the systems.
  • Implement SLAs and KPIs, and ensure accurate reporting.

Hard skills:

Education:

At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Professional experience:

At least 5 years' experience in a similar role.

Technical skills:

  • Strong proficiency in integration tools and frameworks.
  • Good practical knowledge of Dell Boomi
  • Experience in working with Agile development and Project Management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
  • Proficiency in common data formats, such as XML and JSON.
  • Sound understanding of RESTful APIs, SOAP, and other integration protocols.
  • Experience with ATS systems like BullHorn and workforce management tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps principles.

Language skills:

  • English: fluent
  • French and / or Dutch: at least a good knowledge, both spoken and written.
