- Nous sommes à la recherche d'un.e **Project Manager Nuclear Proximity** pour la Wallonie (Tihange, Villers-le-Bouillet, Fleurus, Nívelles).

Vous avez en charge la supervision de l'ensemble des activités de la section Proximity sur le territoire Belge.

**Votre rôles et responsabilités**:

- vous êtes le gestionnaire de l'ensemble des contrats sous votre supervision
- vous participez aux réunions avec les clients pour présenter les rapports de fin d'intervention
- vous vous assurez que les règles du système de management QHSE sont appliquées par l'ensemble du personnel impliqué dans vos projets
- vous mettez à disposition les moyens nécessaires à l'atteinte des résultats attendus des chantiers
- vous effectuez des visites de chantiers conformément au KPI attendu
- vous veillez au maintien d'un climat social serein
- vous supervisez le bilan financier et proposez des axes d'améliorations
- vous participez à l'élaboration des budgets sous votre scope
- vous êtes en charge du développement commercial sur les sites des clients
- vous animez des réunions de fonctionnement régulière avec l'ensemble de votre encadrement

**De quoi vous-avez besoin ?**
- diplôme Ingénieur industriel, civil ou de gestion
- Oorientation nucléaire est un atout
- une expérience de 5 à 10 ans dans le milieu industriel et la gestion d'équipe
- une expérience probante dans la mise en place et le suivi de KPI liés à des activités industrielles
- une bonne affinité avec les outils informatiques et bureautiques
- bonnes compétences relationnelles
- rigoureux avec un bon sens de l'organisation
- une bonne résistance au stress
- orienté résultats et solutions
- proactive et persévérant
- la maitrise du français et du néerlandais
