We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our HQ Finance team

The role


You will be working in the central headquarters to add significant value to the Finance team by providing detailed and accurate financial analysis and modellingto support various business decisions with an initial
focus on liquidity forecasting.

You'll be driving process improvements resulting in efficient and accurate forecasts and actual cash flow reporting. You'll formulate proposals to continuously improve effectiveness in the Treasury back-office functions to align with the main business objectives.

Key Deliverables

  • Enhance the Group's cash flow forecasting capability to achieve a high level of accuracy and a deeper understanding of cash flow volatility.
  • Align the direct and indirect cash flow forecasting models, including the reassessment of key assumptions.
  • Develop and calibrate separate AR/AP/Factoring forecasting models to enhance the main indirect forecast model.
  • Develop tools to stresstest liquidity forecasts.
  • Monitor and optimize the use of factoring programs including review/negotiation with factors.
  • Monitor and steer centralization of thirdparty payments through a payment factory setup.
  • Monitor day to day treasury operations in Europe.
  • Manage a portfolio of intercompany loans from an accounting and tax compliance perspective.
  • Develop and implement the Group's FX hedging strategy.
  • Provide support in managing several group insurance policies cost effectively.
  • Support the rationalization of the legal entity structure.
  • You've built a solid experience in Corporate Finance or Treasury, ideally including around 5 years in a bank or an international corporate environment.
  • Equally you have experience in Financial Planning & Analysis as well.
  • You have very strong analytical skills relayed by a profound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access including VBA coding.
  • You're able to juggle multiple priorities, manage deadlines and are resilient.
  • You've got excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You're a true team player.
  • You're a selfstarter able to take initiatives.
  • You're a quick thinker and learner.
  • Fluent English is required, other European languages would be an asset (French, Italian, German).
