Om haar strategische prioriteiten mogelijk te maken en te versnellen heeft Infrabel een aantal hefbomen geïdentificeerd. In het kader van de hefboom "Operational Excellence" zal er de komende jaren gewerkt worden aan een klantgerichte, betrouwbare, kwalitatieve en efficiënte supply chain via een
strategisch programma.
- Het beheren van een aantal projecten van opzet tot en met implementatie met nadruk op budget-, scope
- en tijdsbeheer, het beheer van het projectteam, het managen van de stakeholders
- Luisteren naar de noden van de klanten, advies geven, oplossingen voorstellen en aanbevelingen doen voor de verbetering van de organisatie, procedures, middelen, templates, tools,
- Faciliteren van meetings en/of workshops om tot haalbare praktische oplossingen te komen, die aansluiten op de realiteit van het terrein.
- Oplossingen helpen uittesten, documenteren en implementeren (pilootwerking)
- Begeleiden bij de toepassing van de weerhouden oplossingen
- Bijhouden van een centraal overzicht van alle activiteiten en hun status en dit communiceren naar de stakeholders
- Samenwerken met de toegewezen change manager / domeinspecialist
- De resultaten opvolgen aan de hand van meetbare indicatoren
- Regelmatige voortgangsmeetings met het project team
- Rapportering naar de Programma Manager
- De basisprincipes van projectwerking overbrengen op de deelnemers van het project.
**Profiel**
SKILLS:
- Ervaring in volgende domeinen:
¤ Spare Parts Management
¤ Stock Management (segmentatie, MRP settings, etc.)
¤ Operationeel beheer van leveranciers
- Je hebt aantoonbare kennis van de meest courante project methodologieën
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans
- Je hebt een opleidingsniveau master met minstens 8 jaar ervaring in project management.
- Kennis van Lean en Agile management
- certificaat in een courante projectmethodologie (PMP, Prince2)
- Je kan je goed inleven in de behoeften van de verschillende stakeholders.
- Je hebt uitstekende communicatievaardigheden, van uitvoerend niveau tot senior management
- Je bent pragmatisch en kan bottom-up werken met mensen van het terrein, uitgaande van de realiteit.
- Nederlands & Frans
- Master Diploma
- Ervaring in grote en/of complexe bedrijfsomgevingen (> 1000 medewerkers)
