Your role :

The position is located in Leuven, Belgium. The person will focus on research on EUV lithography materials development by utilising the state-of-the-art facilities at a worldwide leading research center in semiconductor field.The person will work on newly established project and facilitating research activity with industry adaptable approach and efficiency on work.The position requires adaptability to work in clean room environment, good organizational skills in experiment plan and its execution and its analysis. The person has an ability to work independently or in a team environment. An experience in DSA & EUV lithography process, knowledge in patterning and/or etch process technologies, semiconductor device, test metrology, managing troubleshooting and ability to improve quality of product are preferred for the position.

Who you are:
  • Master or PhD degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, physical Chemistry or other related Science with 2+ years' experience in clean room environment.
  • 2+ years' experience of experiment planning and execution to improve processes or materials formulation.
  • Capability on data analysis and summarize into presentable format with skilled Microsoft Office software.
  • Essential in fluent English for internal and external communication.
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently or in teams with little supervision.
  • Proficiency expected in design of experiments, statistical process control.
  • Understanding of and familiarity with DSA technology and its related process.
  • Eager to learn and to achieve defined goal and succussing on business.
  • Ability to find solution in troubles independently or team environment.
  • Adaptability of flexible working hours in case of urgency.

Travel Requirements:

  • Domestic or international travel on demand
