This is what your day will look like:

  • Your task is twofold:
  • You are responsible for collecting, reporting and analysing operational and financial KPIs from a number of production sites of the Poppies Bakeries Group.
  • You are in close contact with Plant Managers and planners to capture and correctly analyse data. Through these analyses, you ensure that the necessary information is available to make the right business decisions.
  • You are responsible for the followup of variance analyses of financial and operational data in close cooperation with the local management of the various production sites and Group Controlling.
  • You support the organisation in the further professionalisation and automation of reporting from SAP.
  • 2. You are partly responsible for managing the master data (BOMs) of all operational parameters in the group's costing model.
  • In cooperation with the various departments of the plants, you monitor whether the operational parameters are achieved.
  • You perform cost price calculations and pre
- and post-calculations and calculate allocation keys.

  • You build up knowledge of the operational production processes with the aim of monitoring and helping to optimise them.
  • You help draw up plant budgets and make comparisons with actuals.
  • You work closely with colleagues from the various production plants, accounting, group controlling and operational performance.
  • In this position, you will report to the CFO of the Poppies Bakeries Group.

This is what we expect from you:

  • You obtained a master's degree in an economic field and have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position. From this experience, you have a strong connection with operations.
  • You communicate professionally, fluently and respectfully, with a good knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
  • You have a good knowledge of Excel. Knowledge of SAP is an important asset.
  • You organise your tasks and responsibilities independently in close cooperation with your colleague Cost Controller.
  • You are critical innovative and always looking for optimisations.
