**Over de functie**:
Als **Productie Operator** speel je een belangrijke rol in het productieproces voor de Pilot Plant. De Pilot Plant is uitgerust met een breed scala aan apparatuur voor de productie van dranken en ingrediënten. Als **Productie Operator **ben je verantwoordelijk voor het produceren van verschillende producten zoals ingrediënten, dranken, siropen en drankbasissen.

In deze rol voer je niet alleen de dagelijkse productietaken uit, maar houd je ook toezicht op de kwaliteit van de geproduceerde producten. Je zorgt ervoor dat de producten aan de standaard kwaliteitsprocedures voldoen. Je houdt ook toezicht op de hygiëne
- en GMP-protocollen om ervoor te zorgen dat de productieomgeving schoon en veilig blijft.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van de standaard operationele procedures voor de apparatuur en je volgt strikt de veiligheidsvoorschriften op. Het is essentieel dat je deelneemt aan onderhoudsactiviteiten om ervoor te zorgen dat de apparatuur goed functioneert en eventuele problemen worden opgelost.

**Functie eisen**:
Als **Productie Operator **heb/ben je:

- een Bachelor of Master in de voedingswetenschappen of chemische technologie
- 1-2 jaar ervaring in de productie of pilot faciliteiten in de voedsel-, farmaceutische of chemische industrie
- goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk; kennis van Frans en Nederlands is een pluspunt.
- een open mindset voor leren en verbeteren
