De divisie Thermotechnology is in Europa dé leider voor het aanleveren van energie-efficiënte, revolutionaire oplossingen voor verwarming, warm water, koeling en elektriciteit. Met de producten van de verschillende merken zoals Bosch, Buderus, Nefit, elm leblanc,tracht de divisie zoveel mogelijk in te spelen op de vraag van de markt. Vacatureomschrijving

De Business Developer SERVICE België is verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van de service business van Bosch Thermotechnology in de Belgische markt.

Je hebt de volgende verantwoordelijkheden:
Verkoop
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de large service accounts en je onderhoudt op een actieve manier de contacten en bouwt de relaties uit
- Je gaat op zoek naar potentiële large service accounts en brengt de noden van deze klanten in kaart
- Je ontwikkelt in samenspraak met de klant en in overleg met operations nieuwe service producten, staat in voor de acquisitie en zorgt voor de opvolging van de implementatie op basis van een gedegen project planning
- In overleg met de product sales teams van Bosch en Buderus ga je op zoek naar mogelijkheden om de verkoop van services bij hun klanten te verhogen of voor hun klanten uit te voeren.
- Je gaat op zoek naar nieuwe opportuniteiten om de service business van Bosch Thermotechnolgie verder te ontwikkelen
- Je waakt over het behalen van je omzet-, marge
- en acquisitiedoelstellingen

Organisatie
- Op basis van de korte en lange termijn doelstellingen formuleer je een plan van aanpak
- De voortgang overleg je op regelmatige basis met je leidinggevende
- Je maakt gebruik van back practices gerealiseerd in andere TT verkooporganisaties
- Je werkt nauw samen met de service organisatie en met marketing, productmanagement, datateam, administratieve team,

Functie-eisen
- Je hebt hoger of universitair niveau aangevuld met min 5 jaar professioneel ervaring
- Je hebt ervaring met het beheren en verkopen van een service portfolio
- Marktkennis is een troef
- Je bent gedreven, empathisch, communicatief en resultaatgericht.
- Je bent een teamplayer en gesprekpartner op ieder niveau
- Geen negen tot vijf mentaliteit
- Je spreek vlot Nederlands en een goed Engels
