In kader van de Oosterweelverbinding zijn we voor een van de meewerkende partners op zoek naar een
**Communications Officer**. Vanuit deze functie wordt je verantwoordelijk voor de communicatie omtrent de werken ter hoogte van het Sportpaleis en de afbraak van het iconische viaduct te Merksem.

**De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn**:

- Je **werkt het intern communicatiebeleid uit** en je vertaalt dit in concrete acties in samenwerking met medewerker interne communicatie
- Je **verzorgt de organisatie van de informatie** via de verschillende bestaande interne communicatiedragers
- Je verzekert een professioneel en samenhangend beeld en ontwikkelt interne acties die samenhangen met de bedrijfscultuur
- Je **staat in contact met communicatiediensten** van zowel partners als van de opdrachtgever
- Je **beheert de website**:

- Je bouwt de community op met communicatieverantwoordelijken van de partnerbedrijven
- Je **geeft vorm aan sociale media** benadering
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van de contentkalender
- Je optimaliseert de bestaande (interne) communicatiekanalen
- Je **rapporteert in deze functie aan het hoofd van de personeelsdienst**

**De vereiste kwalificaties zijn**:

- Je bent in het bezit van een **bachelor of master in Communicatie of Marketing** (of gelijkgesteld door ervaring)
- Je **beschikt over nuttige ervaring van minstens vijf jaar** in het domein van interne communicatie
- Je hebt **sterke communicatieve vaardigheden**:

- Beschikken over ervaring en/of een goede kennis van de bouwwereld is een troef
- Je bent creatief
- Je hebt oog voor detail
- Je **neemt graag initiatief**
