Tasks

As an Account Manager, you are the trusted point of contact for our partners. Your role involves overseeing our partners, with a primary emphasis on cultivating enduring partnerships across borders.

Your responsibilities involve:

  • Proactively looking for new partners aligned with our growth strategy
  • Managing and supporting existing partners: have they completed the necessary training programs? What deals are in the pipeline? Where can we offer support?
  • Enhance collaboration by overseeing partners and understanding their strengths
  • Through joint participation in engaging exhibitions and providing field support, you collaborate with your partners to ensure lead generation
  • Collaborate closely with partners to boost sales of products or services
Requirements
  • Have 3+ year experience in B2B software sales & solutions related applications
  • You are fluent in English and German. Being Fluent in French is a plus.
  • You are acquainted with partner programs & relationship management
  • Taking a proactive approach to build sustainable relationships is what you're good at
  • You describe yourself as a persistent, independent and easygoing person
  • You are able to travel to our headquarters in Ghent on a regular base
  • You have technical affinity
  • Ideally, you have experience within IoT or one of our business segments
