Voor het Departement Statistiek is de Nationale Bank van België (NBB) op zoek naar een Digital & social media officer.

In een wereld waar een constante digitale stroom van data en statistieken de wereld worden ingestuurd is het soms moeilijk om de juiste en onpartijdige cijfers te vinden. Het is daarom belangrijk dat we als NBB de officiële cijfers over de Belgische economie op de meest efficiënte manier bekend maken aan de vele gebruikers van onze statistieken, incluis aan het algemene publiek. De NBB wil zijn missie van een maatschappelijk verantwoorde organisatie waarmaken door het maatschappelijk debat over de economische en sociale toestand van België optimaal te ondersteunen.

**Functie**:

- je ben verantwoordelijk voor de volledige uitwerking van digitale publicaties en infografieken, lay-out van digitale documenten/publicaties, verzamelen van gegevens, aanmaken en onderhouden van databanken, voorbereiden van presentaties,
- je volgt de publicatiekalender op en zorgt voor de tijdige publicatie, rekening houdend met embargo's
- je treedt op als contactpunt voor alle vragen en problemen m.b.t. de digitale communicatiekanalen, je schat deze problemen in en je escaleeert ze eventueel om een ondersteuning te bieden aan de interne en/of externe klanten
- je werkt nauw samen met grafici/tekenaars, waakt mee over de huisstijl en je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor de look & feel van het door jou opgeleverde communicatiemateriaal
- je formuleert advies en je kan concrete aanbevelingen/ user requirements uitwerken t.a.v. de hiërarchie m.b.t. de nieuwe trends en best practices op het vlak van digitale ontwikkelingen van communicatiekanalen en data visualisatie om de dienst te verbeteren en de toegang tot informatie te vergemakkelijken
- je communiceert interactief met de andere entiteiten binnen en buiten het departement.

**Profiel**:

- je hebt een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- je hebt kennis en ervaring in standaard best practice in data visualisatie en cijfermatig grafisch design - of bent bereid deze snel te verwerven
- je hebt interesse voor communicatie, je bent vertrouwd met communicatie-tools/technieken zoals visualisatie en je hebt ook interesse in data, cijfers en statistieken
- je bent sterk klantgericht en je beschikt over de vaardigheid om te communiceren met de overige diensten van het departement Statistiek van de Bank
- je bent nauwkeurig in de uitvoering van taken en het naleven van deadlines
- je hecht belang aan kwaliteit van het werk
- je hebt een sterke teamgeest en je leert graag bij
- je ben flexibel en stressbestendig
- je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands of het Frans (niveau C1) en een goede kennis van het Engels (niveau B1).
