**Allianz is op zoek naar een Business Analist om onze groei kracht bij te zetten.**

- Als business analyst kwam ik bij Allianz in een heel boeiende en afwisselende wereld terecht. Ik krijg de kans om mee te werken aan de toekomst van het bedrijf door actief betrokken te zijn bij strategische projecten van diverse aard, binnen de verschillende domeinen en vaak met een internationale dimensie. Hoe verschillend de opzet van deze projecten ook kan zijn, onze uitdaging, als team, blijft telkens dezelfde: problemen doorgronden en oplossingsgericht handelen om zo efficiënt mogelijk tot het gewenste resultaat te komen. In deze rol kom ik zowel in contact met collega's die instaan voor het dagdagelijkse beheer als met topmanagers die de finale verantwoordelijkheid dragen, wat een heel verrijkende ervaring is en bijdraagt tot het verkrijgen van een breed netwerk._

**Wat ga je doen als Business Analist?**
- Je zet bedrijfsstrategie om in zakelijke 'behoeften' door passende oplossingen te implementeren die voldoen aan de verwachtingen van klanten;
- Je maakt een gedetailleerde business analyse door te documenteren over de bedrijfsprocessen, behoeften en vereisten in de verschillende productlijnen van Allianz Benelux;
- Je organiseert en leidt workshops om uitdagingen, opportuniteiten en oplossingen voor de business te schetsen;
- Je zorgt voor consistentie/integriteit van Business Design, Functioneel Design en Configuratie in jouw domein;
- Je werkt binnen (een) project(en) aan een consistente business oplossing die past binnen de strategische doelstellingen van het project;
- Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit de business, IT en andere relevante stakeholders om onze processen te optimaliseren en te vereenvoudigen;
- Je neemt deel aan teststrategie
- en planningssessies binnen jouw domein.

**Hoe ziet het team en de afdeling eruit?**

Als Business Analist kom je terecht in een internationaal Benelux team van in totaal 9 mensen. We maken waar wat we beloven en ondersteunen elkaar om te groeien op persoonlijk en professioneel vlak.

**Wat breng jij mee?**
- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke rol, ervaring in de bancaire/financiële/verzekeringsbranche is een plus.
- Je hebt kennis van IT-architectuur en -technologieën;
- Je bent in staat om ontwikkelaars en de business uit te dagen over de behoeften en het ontwerp van de oplossing;
- Je hebt gewerkt met agile en bent bekend met de DevOps lifecycle;
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Engels.
