Verantwoordelijkheden:
Als vertegenwoordig(st)er zorg je voor het ontwikkelen van de omzet door de distributie, zichtbaarheid en promoties van producten te vergroten.
Om deze missie uit te voeren, zal je:
- Jouw bezoekplanning op basis van een vooraf gedefinieerde verkooppuntenportfolio uitvoeren (jouw klanten).
- Klanten trainen en inlichten over jouw producten, nieuwigheden en promoties.
- Nieuwe producten introduceren en klanten overtuigen om hun assortiment verder te ontwikkelen.
- Commerciële acties en promoties onderhandelen om de verkoop van jouw klanten te verhogen (Win-Win).
- De presentatie van producten optimaliseren door introducties & herpositioneringen uit te voeren, de eerlijkheid van prijzen na te kijken en jouw klanten aan te moedigen om promotioneel materiaal te gebruiken.
- In geval van voorraadtekort, klanten stimuleren om nieuwe bestellingen te plaatsen.
- Nuttige informatie verzamelen over de activiteit van de concurrentie en deze info delen met het Team.- Jouw administratie strikt opvolgen en nauwkeurige rapporten verzorgen.
Kwalificaties & Aanbieding:
De toekomstige kandidaat die we zoeken heeft:
- Een relevante ervaring in de sector Retail-Food: (M/V/X) vakkenvuller, verkoopmedewerker, merchandiser, kassier, afdelingsmanager, enz.
- Een affiniteit met FMCG-producten: Food, Drink, Home Care, Beauty Care,
- Een rijbewijs B
- Een goede kennis van het **Nederlands** en het **Frans**.
- Een commerciële feeling, en talent voor onderhandelen en argumenteren.
- Een passie voor uitdaging en resultaatgericht werken.
