Binnen het Customer Logistics team zijn wij op zoek naar een proactieve, resultaatgerichte Senior Manager Third Party. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen, onderhouden en continu verbeteren van professionele leveranciersrelaties en bijbehorende operationele
- en contractuele prestaties. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van diverse bedrijfsprocessen en kan hier, samen met de betrokken teams, richting en inhoud aan geven.Naast de directe rapporteringslijn aan de Customer Logistics Director gevestigd in Wilrijk, stuurt de Sr Mgr Third party ook een 3PL coordinator aan.
**Wat je gaat doen**:
Je bent business partner voor diverse afdelingen binnen Coca Cola Europacific Partners en onderdeel van multidisciplinaire teams om ervoor te zorgen dat de juiste derde partijen (logistieke service leveranciers) op de juiste manier worden gecontracteerd, aangestuurd, gemonitord en geïnformeerd. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en de resultaten.
Je bent nauw betrokken bij grote projectimplementaties en verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie en borging van alle relevante derde partijen SLA's en contracten. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de bijbehorende interne processen, na samenspraak met interne stakeholders, tegen de best mogelijke condities en voorwaarden. Je bent dan ook het eerste aanspreekpunt van procurement voor wat betreft contracten/leveranciers.
Typische resultaatgebieden zijn: kostenbesparing, leveranciersprestaties en succesvolle implementaties van uitbestedingsprojecten in logistiek.
Het **identificeren**en**kwantificeren**van**risico's** en het vaststellen van beheersmaatregelen is een ander belangrijk onderdeel van de functie.
De **logistieke** uitdagingen zijn steeds complexer waardoor constant vernieuwen, **verbeteren** en aanpassen cruciaal is.
**Functie-eisen**:Jouw profiel**
- Je hebt een master-diploma in de richting van (bedrijfs)economie of logistiek
- Je hebt mínimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, waarvan een aantal jaren als manager in een gelijkaardige functie (Contract Management, leveranciersbeheer, People Management)
- Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met SAP en Microsoft Office
- Je hebt een probleemvoorkomende, open en resultaatgerichte instelling
- Je beschikt over uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, bent diplomatisch en service gericht)
- Je bent zowel korte als (middel)lange termijn gericht en analytisch sterk
- Je bent een teamplayer
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels
