Position Summary
This position reports to the training and onboarding EU director.
The Role
- Training Excellence :_
- Define, resource and deliver training programs that advance our ambition to transform training into knowledge
- Lead training Digitalization towards Learning 4.0
- Be accountable of the Training process and system (including LMS) and ensure its effectiveness
- In partnership with global colleagues, promote a global and harmonized approach for training projects within Catalent Biomodalities
- Set up Community of practices to upskill the network by namely sharing best practices/learnings amongst experts in Catalent Biomodalities
- Develop, design and deliver learning experiences, and support the organization to deploy new learning approaches and technologies
- Optimize training methods by elaborating new innovative training programs leading to effective ways to competency
- Monitor and evaluate training program's effectiveness and elaborate adapted actions plan
- Responsible for leading and managing Training Projects
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives/projects
- Support the implementation and sustainability of programs to improve capabilities across the organization
- Ensure implementation of supportive tools associated to learning activities towards digitalization
- Analyze training needs and design training transformation and excellence program
- Strategic thinking and partnership :_
- Track data, report on metrics, and provide feedback and recommendations to training leadership team
- Provide strategic direction regarding training excellence.
- Work directly with all levels and departments at Catalent Biomodalities to establish training Excellence program
- Support change management where training is impacted
- Partner as an active member in Catalent Learning community to share best practices and contribute to training transformation and continuous improvement at global level
- Communication :_
- Be a change agent and ambassador of learning culture
- Prepare communication material, such as, module summaries, videos, etc.
- Create enthusiasm to ensure end user participation
- Actively participate in training activities
- Influence and connect crossfunctional teams of learners and leaders
- Other duties as assigned.
- University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Robust experience with Learning & Training environment
- 8+ years in training including management of transformation programs
- Strong knowledge and experience working under the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for pharmaceuticals and biologics preferred
- Experience with training transformation in a complex corporate environment
- Forwardlooking mindset and experience in challenging people to look beyond the current AS-IS situation in the direction of a desired future state
- Strong, proven aptitude for learning E-Systems
- Must be teamoriented (proactively builds healthy working relationships between peers, their department and other groups)
- Excellent eye for the people impact of disrupting technologies
- Strategical and technical experience in training management
- Actively pursues learning of required skills, new skills, and new equipment.
- Enjoy thinking outside of the box and coming up with innovative and creative client solutions
- Ability to work productively in a business that inherently has high levels of complexity
- Excellent problemsolving skills
- Strong change management expertise
- Ability to think strategically and dive into the details when needed
- Proven experience in project management
- Fluent in English and French
