**Trainer & Technical SOP Support**
**Votre mission**
- Participer à la mise en place des plans de formation du personnel œuvrant au sein des Services Techniques
- Assurer la formation pratique et documentaire du personnel des Services Techniques à ces plans de formation
- Assurer le suivi continu du respect du plan de formation
**Vos tâches principales**
- Construire un plan de formation documentaire et technique pour le personnel œuvrant au sein du département Services Techniques (interne et externe), en accord avec les Team Leaders et Managers concernés et selon les priorités définies
- Garantir que les techniciens puissent bénéficier d'une formation théorique et pratique en vue d'obtenir une qualification formelle
- Assurer l'interface avec les gestionnaires de projets de manière à ce que les contenus de formations prévues au hand-over des équipements ou utilités soient adaptées et bien dispensés
- Dispenser des formations techniques selon les priorités établies dans les plans de formation du site pour garantir une formation en adéquation avec les activités à réaliser
- Garantir la formation et/ou qualification formelle du personnel avant tout acte technique
- Préparer des supports de formation (présentations, fiches de travail, etc.) et assurer la formation à ceux-ci via différents outils (webinaires, ateliers pratiques, )
- Développer et revoir la formation sur base des évolutions techniques ou des remontées d'informations du terrain afin de garantir qu'elle soit transférée dans les méthodes de travail au quotidien pour accélérer la courbe de formation et optimiser les performances du personnel
- Évaluer les personnels des Services Techniques par le biais des plans de formation
- Observer et évaluer l'efficacité des plans de formation et veiller à l'amélioration continue
- Collaborer étroitement avec l'Assurance Qualité lors des audits internes et externes ainsi que dans le cadre de l'amélioration continue du système de qualité.
**Votre profil**
- Bachelier en electromécanique ou Master d' ingénieur
- Maitrise des techniques et des outils de formation adaptés dans le cadre de sujets techniques (Maintenance & Validation)
- Maitrise des équipements process et utilités des secteurs agro-alimentaire ou pharmaceutique
- Capacité de conception de cours techniques et pédagogie d'apprentissage adaptée au domaine technique
**Vos aptitudes**
- Capacité rédactionnelle
- Connaissance professionnelle de MS Office (Powerpoint/Word/Excel)
- Excellentes compétences en communication et à l'aise pour s'exprimer en public
- Excellentes capacités organisationnelles et de gestion du temps
