Description

• Preparation of necessary documents, including draft deeds, for the notary's review;
• Handling administrative tasks pre and post authentic deed execution, ensuring compliance with credit committee conditions and financial arrangements;
• Liaising with clients, brokers, and notaries to facilitate communication throughout the process;
• Creation of statements of account and disclosures;
• Overall management of mortgage files to guarantee accuracy and completeness.

Profile

• Holder of a bachelor's degree in Law or possessing substantial experience in mortgage file management. Candidates with an economics background and a keen interest in legal matters will also be evaluated;
• Preference for candidates with FSMA certification, though not mandatory;
• Bilingual proficiency in Dutch and French;
• Result-driven mindset and objective-oriented work ethic;
• Demonstrated proactive approach to recognizing and seizing opportunities;
• Strong attention to detail and precision in work;
• Analytical skills to grasp complex information effectively;
• Customer-centric attitude with a focus on understanding and meeting client requirements.
