This internal developer-enabling platform will function as the foundation for the future connected-mobility solutions, supporting millions of devices.As team lead, you will oversee the development and delivery of our engineering platforms and help our developer community by choosing the best option for enhancing our software delivery capabilities.
This will support the creation of our next generation fleet orchestration solutions, improving engineering efficiency, productivity and innovation and will contribute to "Better Value, Safer Sooner Happier" (BVSSH)Key Responsibilities for a team lead at ZF-Transics:
- As team lead, you build the team and help design processes within the team. You're accountable for delivery of work for stakeholders (both in time and content).
- You are responsible for intellectual stimulation and personal recognition. You coach team members careerwise, on technical topics and on daytoday issues.
- You are responsible for team efficiency AND happiness. You are the voice of the team in terms of time, energy, resources, capabilities and skills.
- You act as hiring manager of the team and are responsible for recruitment success and retention and you can hold certain technical duties as part of the daily routine, depending on the team context, need and workload.
