To further support our growth, we are looking for a part time cleaning operative for our head office in Zeebrugge.

Position

As maintenance officer you are responsible for keeping our warehouses and offices spick-and-span. You maintain your own work flow based on weekly deadlines. You make sure that our facilities can be submitted to inspection at any given time and meet the expectations.

• Maintenance of the office on a weekly basis: floors and furniture.
• Dust, mop, empty wastebins and sort waste.
• Clean lavatories and kitchens, replenish towel and soap dispensers.
• Maintenance of common areas: entrance hall and stairs.
• Maintenance of the warehouse, please note: 10.000m2 with a maintenance machine as well as safes, walking paths, brushing quays.

Profile

• You are able to work independently while respecting your deadlines
• You have an eye for initiative, structure and cleanliness. You work thoroughly and are only satisfied once everything is spickandspan.
• You speak Dutch and/or English.
• Preferably, you have built up experience in a similar position. A clean work environment brings you joy and you are motivated to execute your responsibilities with success.
