**"Project Engineer HVAC"** met industriële projectexpertise.

Je maakt deel uit van een ontwerpteam onder leiding van een Senior Engineer. Je zal kleine tot zeer grote projecten ondersteunen in de pharma, biochemie, voedingsindustrie, Datacenters,...
:
Als
**Project Engineer HVAC** ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

- Het design van de HVAC installatie tot de finale oplevering.
- Een duidelijk beschrijving van de uit te voeren systemen in overleg met de opdrachtgever.
- Je vertaalt de verwachtingen van de opdrachtgever naar specificaties.
- Je voert de nodige risico analyses uit en zorgt voor de correcte documentatie.
- Je maakt de calculaties van belasting en systeemberekeningen.
- Je staat in voor de modellering van HVAC-systemen.
- Je doet de hydraulische analyse van lucht
- en watersystemen.
- Het conceptueel en gedetailleerd ontwerp van HVAC-systemen.
- De ontwikkeling van systeemschema's door alle ontwerpfasen.
- Het uitwerken van de technische schema's, tekeningen en documentatie.
- Het uitschrijven van de specifaties van het gebouwbeheersysteem en - ontwikkeling van de speciale technieken.

- Je hebt een Industrieel of Burgerlijk ingenieur diploma Bouwkunde, Elektromechanica (klimatisatie)
- Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring in ontwerp van HVAC-installaties in een hoogtechnologische omgeving.
- Je bent sterk in AutoCad, Revit MEP
- Je bent een echte teamplayer.
- Je hebt goede communicatieskills.
- Kennis van het Nederlands is een must, kennis van het Engels en het Frans is een plus.
- een sterke communicator en legt daartoe de nodige dosis assertiviteit aan de dag;
- U bent in staat te multitasken en weet prioriteiten te stellen;
- U fungeert zelfstandig en opereert binnen een teamconcept;
- U hebt kennis van GMP, 6 sigma methodiek, en risk management tools zoals FMEA
- U bent vertrouwd met documentatie (P&ID, functionele specificaties,) en het schrijven van validatiedocumenten
