Hoe zal je de mobiliteit in Brussel bevorderen?

Als Coördinator Pers- en Public Affairs Communicatie draag je bij aan het opzetten en uitvoeren van een communicatieplan dat gericht is op overheidsinstanties, belangengroepen en media (geschreven pers, TV, radio). Je bent betrokken bij het dagelijkse beheer en de coördinatie van verzoeken om het imago van MIVB te behouden, te bevorderen en te onderhouden onder de gevoelige doelgroepen. Je fungeert als woordvoerder voor Nederlandstaligen en beheert het team voor 'Pers & parlementaire vragen'. Je houdt toezicht op de redactionele lijn en de gebruikte 'tone of voice' die in lijn zijn met het communicatieplan van Pers & Stakeholders Communicatie en goedgekeurd zijn door de algemene directie.

Hoe zal je dag eruit zien?

Operationeel:

  • Onderhouden van dagelijkse relaties en contacten met de pers, organiseren van persconferenties en persbezoeken, informatie verzamelen, persberichten opstellen, onderwerpen identificeren en thema's voorstellen volgens de communicatiestrategie.
  • Coördineren en bijdragen aan het beantwoorden van parlementaire vragen: informatie opzoeken, schrijven, validatie door belanghebbenden en communicatie van antwoordsuggesties naar het kabinet binnen de gestelde termijnen.
  • Dagelijks beheer van een portefeuille met goedgekeurde en in het communicatieplan opgenomen gevoelige communicatieverzoeken van analyse tot productie, rekening houdend met termijnen, technische en budgettaire beperkingen.
  • Coördineren en samenwerken aan de creatie, update en ontwikkeling van brochures, folders en presentaties die het standpunt van MIVB bevorderen.
  • Regelmatig rapporteren over de status van lopende verzoeken.

Budgetbeheer:

  • Ondersteunen van de Press & Stakeholders Communication Manager bij het beheren van het jaarlijkse communicatiebudget voor overheidsinstanties, belangengroepen en media.

People Management en mentoring/coaching:

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het management en dagelijkse beheer van de afdeling 'Pers & Public Affairs Communicatie'.

Communicatie/Representatie:

  • Bijdragen aan informatie-uitwisseling en dialoog met belangengroepen, overheidsinstanties en media.

Optimalisatie:

  • Deelnemen aan de oprichting van een monitoringssysteem voor geschreven en audiovisuele media.


Profiel kandidaat
  • Je hebt een bachelors- of mastersdiploma in communicatie, met specialisatie in bedrijfscommunicatie of een vergelijkbaar diploma. Ervaring in persrelaties is vereist.
  • Uitgebreide kennis van de mediawereld en public relations
  • Goede beheersing van de media die gebruikt worden met betrekking tot gevoelige communicatie.
  • Uitstekende vaardigheden in journalistiek schrijven.
  • Grondige kennis van de organisatie en haar interne/externe context
  • Goed begrip van politieke, parlementaire en institutionele structuren.
  • Vermogen om projecten effectief te managen
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in beide nationale talen en Engels.
  • Persoonlijke kwaliteiten: Analytisch, synthetisch denken, besluitvaardigheid, kwalitatieve boodschappen, netwerken opbouwen/onderhouden, proactief, teamspeler, zelfstandig, stressbestendig, flexibel
