Je hebt contacten met partners en leveranciers, maakt de nodige planningen en draaiboeken. Je coördineert de productie in aanloop, tijdens en bij de afwikkeling van de projecten.Je ondersteunt de residentenwerking en coördineert initiatieven om de community van BAC ART LAB te versterken.Je staat in voor het dagelijks beheer van de infrastructuur en het materiaal van BAC ART LAB.Je neemt de nodige initiatieven om de werking op de site zo vlot mogelijk te laten verlopen, maakt afsprakenkaders en stemt hierover af met de betrokken KU Leuven diensten.Je volgt het inplannen en aansturen van tijdelijke medewerkers, zoals freelancers en jobstudenten op. Je bent bereid om waar nodig ondersteuning te bieden bij andere projecten van de Dienst Cultuur.De Dienst Cultuur zoekt een gedreven projectmedewerker voor de dagelijkse werking van BAC ART LAB, de hedendaagse kunstenwerkplaats van KU Leuven. BAC ART LAB wil een context scheppen voor talentontwikkeling, uitwisseling en experiment. Haar residentiewerking staat open voor studenten en personeelsleden van KU Leuven Associatie. Ze kunnen er werken aan beeldende en audiovisuele kunsten, podiumkunsten, geluidskunst en ontwerp. Als huis voor kunst en wetenschap ontwikkelt en ondersteunt BAC ART LAB artistieke trajecten op het snijvlak van kunst en onderzoek en verwelkomt ze onderwijslabo's die praktijk en opleiding verbinden.Je zal deel uitmaken van de Dienst Cultuur van de diensten rectoraat. Naast de uitgebreide werking van BAC ART LAB zet de Dienst Cultuur in op cultuurparticipatie en -creatie met projecten als Cultuurkaart KU Leuven en UUR KULTUUR en coördineert ze onder meer de universitaire ensemble- en toneelwerking.Wij bieden een deeltijdse tewerkstelling (70%) van bepaalde duur (1 jaar), met kans op verlenging. Ben je onmiddellijk inzetbaar in alle opdrachten van deze functie, dan start je in graad 6. Beloftevolle kandidaten die nog niet alle opdrachten meteen kunnen opnemen of nog een specifiek opleidingstraject moeten doorlopen starten in graad 5. Graad 7 is uitzonderlijk weggelegd voor kandidaten die reeds van bij de start, omwille van doorgedreven kennis en ervaring, extra verantwoordelijkheden kunnen opnemen.Voorlopig hebben we dinsdag 25/6 in de namiddag en donderdag 27/6 in de voormiddag voorzien voor de selectiegesprekken.
