First Level Support Agent

Your mission:
- Taking ownership of the incoming incidents and providing a solution to the customer
- Recording of malfunction indicators in case of problem reports
- Solving of first problem cases
- In case of a larger effort, forwarding of the problem report to the second or third level support through an internal ticket system
- Documentation of solved and unsolved incidents, regular discussion of the solutions with the team and the customers
- These activities will be carried out for Belgium, France, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and any other country that may fall within the scope of the Alleur Service Desk.
Your profile:
- Interested in IT and a willingness to learn
- Good verbal and writing language skills in French, Dutch and English
- Decent communication skills
- Friendly, patient and service oriented appearance
- Experience in a call center or in telephone customer service is considered as a plus
