- For our headquarters in Brussels we are looking for a
Corporate Business Controller.
Details of the job:
- support the financial team and CFO in understanding and managing the results of Equans Belux activities and transversal topics (investments and divestures, financing, treasury, )
- perform monthly and quarterly performance analyses (P&L and Cash) compared to the budget and previous year
- prepare forecasts (budget, MTP)
- receive, assess and question the information from the financial departments of each BU
- provide the management with timely, accurate and relevant information
- ensure the controlling cycle of some central functions
- contribute to the improvement of financial and operational data control tools in the Group's controlling systems (ECTOR, BI, Quantic)
- participate to the process optimization:
- share and learn best practice
- respond to various ad hoc or regular requests from the Group and/or the management
- internal interfaces:
- financial departments
- Group FP&A
- SSC Finance

- university degree: master (preferably in finance or economics)
- 5 to 10 years of experience:
- preferably in finance or control activities in an international environment
- experience within Big4 is a plus
- knowledge of accounting, consolidation, planning and financial analysis
- good with information systems (Excel, pivot, macro). Being familiar with SAP and Ector is an asset
- critical, analytical and synthetic spirit
- ability to communicate and challenge at management level within the organization
- ability to conduct analyses, evaluations and relevant financial opinion
- ability to summarize
- team spirit
- proactive, flexible and dynamic
- good oral and written communication skills
