Als Duty Manager zorg je voor een ongestoorde voortgang van onze processen op de luchthaven.
- Je volgt de dagelijkse processen op en stuurt bij indien nodig. Je dient dient de processen te allen tijde vanuit een analytisch oogpunt te benaderen met als doel:
- Te verzekeren dat de vereiste kwaliteit afgeleverd wordt binnen de vooropgestelde tijd;
- De voorschriften inzake veiligheid nauwkeurig worden toegepast.
- Er op toe te zien dat de procedures correct gehanteerd worden;
- De processen continu te verbeteren;
- Je verzorgt een professionele en transparante communicatie met alle betrokken partijen en ziet erop toe dat anderen dit ook toepassen zodat een goede verstandhouding steeds bewaard wordt.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie van de logistieke bevoorrading.
- Je coacht, enthousiasmeert en inspireert het team (+35 personen).
- Daarnaast stimuleer je ook de persoonlijke ontwikkelingen en bouw je actief mee aan een opleidingsprogramma.
Profiel
- Je beschikt over een goede verbale talenkennis van NL/FR/ENG.
- Kennis en ervaring in de luchthavensector is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt ervaring met het MS Office pakket.
- Alle voorwaarden moeten voldaan zijn om een badge, uitgereikt door Brussels Airport Company, te verkrijgen.
- De dutymanager is in het bezit van een (luchthaven)rijbewijs.
- Je hebt (3 jaar) ervaring in het leiden, organiseren & coördineren van een groter team.
- Je bent een initiatiefnemer en deinst niet terug voor een uitdaging.
- Als Duty Manager werk je zelfstandig binnen de beleidslijnen en draagt verantwoordelijkheid over jouw bevoegdheden en beslissingen.
- Je communiceert duidelijk en transparant.
- Als Duty Manager kenmerk je zich vooral door: zin voor administratief werk, punctualiteit, integriteit, onpartijdigheid, betrouwbaarheid, loyaliteit, flexibiliteit (avond/weekendwerk) en stressbestendigheid.

Aanbod
- Voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur (40u/week)
