Vacatureomschrijving
Als Expert Activity - District Heating and Energy ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de optimalisatie van de warmtenetwerken en energie verkoop projecten die Veolia in beheer heeft binnen BeLux. Je werkt nauw samen met interne en externe stakeholders om nieuwe warmtenetten te ontwikkelen en zorgt voor een efficiënte en uniforme operationele opvolging van bestaande warmtenetten.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:
1. Efficiëntie monitoring:
Je ontwikkelt en implementeert monitoringssystemen in samenwerking met het team van experten, om de efficiëntie van de warmtenetwerken te meten en te verbeteren. Je analyseert de gegevens en komt met voorstellen voor optimalisatie en energiebesparing.
2. Standariseren van het werkproces:
Je ontwikkelt de uniforme werkwijze op onze operationele warmtenetwerken en zorgt ervoor dat deze geïmplementeerd kan worden bij onze verschillende operationele warmtenetten.
3. Ondersteuning bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe warmtenetten:
Je speelt een actieve rol bij het identificeren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe warmtenetten in België, in samenwerking met het teams van de commerciële dienst, het juridische dienst en de expert diensten. Je analyseert de haalbaarheid en rendabiliteit van potentiële projecten en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking met externe partners en klanten.
4. Operationele opvolging:
Je ondersteund het operationele team bij het dagelijkse operationele beheer van de warmtenetten. Dit omvat zowel financiële als technische ondersteuning. Je werkt samen met het team van experten, om onderhoudsplannen op te stellen.
5. Klantrelaties:
Je onderhoudt nauwe relaties met klanten en zorgt voor een goede communicatie en samenwerking. Je behandelt klachten en zorgt voor een optimale klanttevredenheid.
6. Rapportage en administratie:
Je maakt regelmatig rapporten over de prestaties en ontwikkelingen van de warmtenetten. Je zorgt voor een goede administratieve opvolging van projecten en onderhoudsactiviteiten.
Functie-eisen
Je hebt een masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied, zoals energietechnologie, werktuigbouwkunde of gelijkwaardig of, Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur binnen de energiesector of district heating. Kennis van de wet- en regelgeving met betrekking tot warmtenetten en energiebeheer is een pluspunt. Je hebt sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden. Je bent resultaatgericht en hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid. Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en bent in staat om relaties op te bouwen en te onderhouden. Vloeiend het Nederlands, Frans en Engels beheren is een pluspunt.Aanvullende informatie
